Breakout #1 CEM Bahamas 🏆 Results

We had a fantastic time at last week’s AlphaNorth Capital Event in the Bahamas, and we’d like to thank everyone who attended for an exhilarating few days in a gorgeous setting.

Since 2022, prescriptions filled through the network have quadrupled, growing from 171,000 to 687,000. The company is also growing its network of tier-1 pharma relationships, solidifying its position within this exclusive, resilient, and flourishing marketplace.

HEALWELL AI is a healthcare technology company focused on AI and data science for preventative care. Led by a team of physicians and seasoned executives, HEALWELL AI is executing a strategy centered around developing and acquiring technology and clinical sciences capabilities that complement the Company's roadmap. As it pursues a multi-billion dollar market opportunity, the company has a strong balance sheet with no bank debt. Serving more than 1,000 clients across various global jurisdictions, VitalHub has compelling high-margin end-to-end solutions that generate strong recurring revenue. VitalHub has a robust two-pronged growth strategy, targeting organic growth opportunities within its product suite and pursuing an aggressive merger and acquisition plan. Plus, they are running a cost-effective R&D program that increases the potential for synergized solutions.

Beyond Oil Ltd.

Beyond Oil is an innovative food-tech company dedicated to transforming the way we consume and produce food. The company provides sustainable solutions for the food industry, prioritizing environmental protection and the wellbeing of its workers and customers. The company recently entered into a transformational and strategic distribution agreement with West Coast Reduction Ltd., a leading Canadian used cooking oil collection, recycling, and rendering company. Under the agreement, they will distribute Beyond Oil’s products in Canada and Washington State and collaborate on other strategic opportunities in North America.
