CEM’s Biggest Summit Yet Sets The Table for 2026 Breakouts

Over 70 companies across 13 sectors and scores of investors will gather this weekend in the Bahamas, marking the start of CEM’s 15th year of events, now a proven pipeline for discovery, financings, and market-moving conversations.

“This is our largest event to date, which shows that even in a cautious market, investors are looking to back teams with clear execution plans,” said Ryan Iverson, Portfolio Manager at CEM Partners Fund. “People want to see management up close, ask tough questions, and get a real feel for who can execute in 2026,” he said. “That’s what this event is built for.”

This weekend’s lineup tells you exactly where investor attention is sitting right now. Mining and technology make up roughly 71% of participating companies, underscoring a clear focus on resource upside and innovation-driven growth.

Life sciences adds another layer of depth, with 13 companies spanning biotechnology, healthcare, and broader life sciences. Clean technology and energy round out the mix with seven companies, giving investors exposure to sustainability and renewables alongside traditional growth themes.

Market capitalizations range from about $10 million to $1.2 billion, putting early-stage discovery stories and more established growth names on the same runway for investors looking for what’s next.

This breadth of opportunity sets the stage for the summit’s signature Investor Breakout Exchange (IBE), which will select the Top Picks and Outstanding Performers from among participating companies. The IBE, hosted by Iverson, has developed a real track record for spotting tomorrow’s market leaders early, with the IB Newsletter getting those stories out before the wider market catches on.

This weekend, the Top Picks and Outstanding Performers will be selected from these companies:
